The house is divided into two floors as well as having a guest apartment on the basement floor.
On the first floor we find a practical open layout between the living room and kitchen. From this floor we have access to two large terraces, the first one facing east to enjoy the morning sun and the second facing west and views of Puig Campana, from which you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. A toilet with space for the laundry area completes this floor.
Through an internal staircase we access the second floor, which offers two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower. From the balcony of one of the bedrooms, which offers sea views, we access via an external staircase to a private solarium, of about 20 square meters, with impressive panoramic views of the mountains in the area, the Serra Gelada, the Mediterranean Sea and the old town of Altea.
We access the guest apartment via a staircase located on the west-facing terrace. This apartment offers a bedroom, a bathroom and a large living-dining room connected to the kitchen through an open layout.

The house is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, a pellet stove, both fully equipped kitchens, among others.
