This chalet is attached to another one and located in the upper part of Albir. It is distributed on two floors. On the main floor we find the living-room with fireplace and access to a small private plot at the back, dining-room on an upper level, independent and unfurnished kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor we have two bedrooms and two bathrooms en suite. The house is heated air-conditioning cold/heat. The chalet would be handed out with a finished kitchen. There is outside parking space and also a community pool. It has beautiful mountain views.
