This villa is located in a very quiet street through which only the neighbors are passing and quite close to the center of Albir. The house has been renovated in a modern style and is comfortably distributed on one floor on which we find a living-dining room with a fireplace, large windows with security glass and access to the terraces in the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living-room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as a separate apartment with its own living-room, also with a fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It has a closed garage and outdoor parking space. The house is heated with air-conditioning cold/heat, as well as underfloor heating in some of its rooms. In the garden we have a pool and a wooden house that can be used for different purposes. It also has a large terrace-solarium with beautiful views of the mountains and a bit of the sea. Its east-west orientation allows it to have sun all day long
