This house is located at the entrance of a very quiet urbanization which is very close to the town of Alfaz. It is distributed over three floors: On the main floor we have an entrance hall, a living-dining room with a fireplace and access to a covered terrace of about 20 m2, an independent kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor we have three bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as access to another covered terrace. On the ground floor, which is not a basement, we find another living-dining room, two bedrooms and a storage-room. In its garden there is a car-port, a summer kitchen and a private pool. It has gas central heating, a pellet stove and air-conditioning cold/heat in the master bedroom.
