It is distributed over three floors: On the main floor we find a spacious living-room with access to a covered terrace, a dining-room, an independent and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garage for two cars. On the ground floor we have another living-room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large space that serves as both a gallery and a storage-room. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and access to a large open terrace of 24 m2 with nice sea views, from the Peñón de Ifach to Benidorm, and two more storage-rooms. The house has central heating with gas and air-conditioning cold/heat. In its garden we find a private pool with sun all day due to its south orientation.
