This chalet has a lot of privacy because it is located in the middle of nature, with no neighbors around. Its construction, in a modern style, dates from 2016. It is distributed over two floors: On the ground floor we have a living-room, a cinema room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a storage-room and a garage for two cars. On the upper floor we find a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and spectacular sea views through its large windows, an American kitchen, a pantry, an utility-room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite in the master bedroom. The house is heated with underfloor heating by gas and air-conditioning cold/heat. It also has solar panels for hot water, as well as isothermal windows, micro-cement floors, a kitchen from the German brand Schmidt, a ventilated façade with ceramic plates and automatic blinds with mosquito nets.
